 - Per-instance Supervisor customisations are now possible through the
   ``--self-managed-supervisor`` option during install and import.  This can
   also be enabled for already installed instances see
   :ref:`set-self-managed-supervisor`.
 - Removed the ``--no-supervisor-restart`` option from ``rccontrol self-init``
   as we now properly support per-instance Supervisor customisations.
 - Added a new ``rccontrol license`` command to view details.
