Getting Started with VCS#

When using RhodeCode Enterprise, you will be working with Git, Subversion or Mercurial repositories from the command line or using a GUI client such as Tortoise, Tower or SourceTree.

RhodeCode Enterprise uses a standard Git, Subversion and Mercurial protocols. So all tools that can interact with there protocols are supported, including Eclipse or PyCharm plugins.

If you have never used either before, the following information should help you set up your local machine so that you can sync changes with the RhodeCode Enterprise server.

All of the following instructions assume you have a RhodeCode Enterprise account, and you can access your repositories from the web interface.


Subversion repository management is currently only available from the web interface.
